Monaghan Group Welcomes Margaret Switzer

Charlotte-based accounting services firm adds Client Service and Development position

CHARLOTTE, NC, November 17, 2009 - Monaghan Group, a customized interim accounting services firm with offices in Charlotte, the Triad and the Triangle, is pleased to announce that Margaret Switzer has joined its Charlotte Office as Charlotte Client Leader.

"As we continue to grow, our priority is to have the resources needed not only to enhance our relationships with existing clients, but also to identify and support new client relationships," states Beth Monaghan, Founder and CEO of Monaghan Group. "Margaret is a great addition to our current Charlotte team leadership, with Nancy Brown as Charlotte City Leader and Jim Rivers as Charlotte Consultant Leader."

Margaret brings 20 years of accounting and client service experience to this new role, including 10 years with KPMG. Prior to moving to Charlotte, she served as Director of Client Service for Resources Global Professionals in Cleveland, Ohio, and was the founder of a local direct sales business. Margaret received her B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky. She is an active community leader, serving on the Board of the Mint Museum Auxiliary and Grant Review Committee for the Women’s Impact Fund.

Since 1996, Monaghan Group has served clients in five different countries and numerous U.S. locations, tripled the size of its Charlotte practice and added practices in the Triad and Triangle regions of North Carolina.
